The CHD City in Karnal is a township spread over 250 acres. Adjacent is the extensive food court Daana Paani accommodating popular brands like Haldirams, Pizza Hut and many more catering the highway commuters as well as CHD City’s residents.

The client wanted a landmark property with theme-based design. Hence, Udbhav the theme developed with recessing the building block to give a foreground to the complex, from the highway. The Mega trees being the crude form of evolution, became the strongest sculptural identity of the project. Other areas like drop off areas, waiting areas, play areas etc. continued to highlight the theme with sense of materials and identity. The soft cape palette seamlessly blended with the theme.
