CLUB 71

Club 71 rose to the challenge of creating an aesthetically appealing and inviting facility with easy access, a smooth internal flow, and minimalist interiors.

The building form offers a delicate balance between solid and void. The form descends from the Ne to SW to create terraces. Pergolas and frames are used as shades for these areas. These frames further extend out to serve as entrance portal for the Banquet lawn on the rear side.

The welcome area begins with landscape design which runs to the exterior pool on one side and entry to the club on the other side. The reception space at the ground floor is adorned with Marble flooring, Lift lobby, staircase (with skylight), elegant ceiling and organza fabric lighting which combine to create a rare degree of opulence. The theme of flooring continues to flow on the reception counter with a MDF backlit Screen feature. There is a Banquet hall with open landscaped lawn and pool view restaurant. The green backdrop walls bring amazing visual effect and create privacy for the pool area.

The first floor level has a fitness center, salon and a terrace lawn for party. Vertical openings and skylight (Fitness centre) allow natural daylight in these areas. There is one level below grade for recreational facilities like table tennis, billiards, Squash court, Cards room and a Business center. Natural daylight penetrates into the squash court from skylight.
