Avenue 71 is a premium housing project of 16.5 acres with 800 dwelling units, located on Sohna Road, Gurugram. There is just 18% ground coverage and the rest of the space has been dedicated to the enchanting world of greener. The project has been awarded Gold Certification by The Ministry of Environment & Forest.

The linear site supported the development of master plan creating a flora rich central avenue and peripheral vehicular movement. The pedestrian fields were then laid out on the roof of the basement parking bringing elevated landscape spaces right to the door step of the residents. Within these roof gardens amenities such as parks, urban spaces and play courts were provided for the residents.The privacy of the residents is achieved by providing green fence around the private lawn. The resident club occupies the corner near the entrance with its own pool, deck and greens. Street corners were also developed for informal gatherings of small groups.

The soft cape palate echoes the local’s natural heritage and the selection of plant species pays particular attention to mingling ornamental plants with indigenous species found in the region.
