“A RIVETING ELEVATION AND LUXURIOUS INTERIORS”
FAÇADE: Conceived as a remodel and addition, the final design iteration for this house is uniquely multifaceted. This house has clean lines and angles. The drama of the house stems from the way horizontal lines are emphasized. One sees it everywhere, in the bold fins conceived in Ferro cement (painted in charcoal color), in the grooves and in the overall massing.The gate is designed to be counter points to horizontals, symbolizing the sun.
LANDSCAPE: The house geometry is replicated in the garden to complete the design. The result is a dynamic fluid space with surprising views and perspective. Simple materials like quartz and granite have been used. The trees are strategically located to ensure privacy and get a modern aesthetic line.
Large windows in the living area visually connect with the outdoor landscape garden having a custom design Bar-be-que and Bon fire area.
A staircase takes on to the terrace level which acts as a private space for his passion for kick boxing. This also caters to small terrace parties and entertainment zone as well.
